ImageServ, LLC was formed in 2002 by Maureen A. O’Toole, who serves as the managing partner. She has 30 years of experience in document management and has been involved in the design and deployment of electronic content management systems since 1988. She has participated in the implementation of more than 100 systems.
O’Toole attained the industry designation of CDIA (certified document imaging architect). In 2001 she graduated from the West Virginia University, College of Business and Economics with a Masters in Business Administration.
Since 2003 she has volunteered with the West Virginia Gabriel Project as a chairperson of the local commission and served on the corporate board of directors since 2005. O’Toole also serves on the Charleston Area Alliance board and the Economic Development Committee.
